Other amenities include central A/C and a private boat slip (no electric or power), which will accommodate a boat up to a 10’ beam and up to 28’ in length.

The famous 3 ½ mile Treasure Cay Beach is just a 5-minute walk. Tennis and pools on premise and an 18-hole championship golf course is nearby.
