Whether you like seclusion or exploring, you can “do” the Abaco chain from Channel Cay, which is located nine miles south of Marsh Harbour (25 minutes by your own boat or a rental boat). This 25-acre jewel lies on the border of the Pelican Cays National Land and Sea Park.




Enjoy the crisp ocean breeze as you step onto the verandah to enjoy a spectacular view overlooking the reefs and the Atlantic Ocean.

Make the only footprints in the sand, as you stroll along the 200-meter crescent shaped, white sand beach in a sheltered cove facing the Sea of Abaco. The clear azure water is inviting and almost always swimming pool calm. Relax in the shade of the thatched cabana on the beach.

Lose yourself on the trails that encircle the island and climb the lookout towers on both ends of Channel Cay for 360-degree views of the Sea of Abaco and the Atlantic Ocean.

Channel Cay’s main residence offers 2000 sq.ft. of living space with 800 sq.ft. of open and covered porch areas allowing awesome views of sunrises and sunsets.

A new fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining room.

The spacious dining room will comfortably seat eight guests at the main table with another round table seating four additional guests. The dining area adjoins the living room with fireplace.

With four bedrooms in the main house and three bedrooms in the lighthouse this makes for an ideal location for a family reunion or couples getaway.







The master suite with king bed, private bath and dressing room offers large glass doors with post card views. Adjoins to a covered porch area for relaxing or just taking in the serene views.

The second guest bedroom in the main house offers twin beds and bath, this room can be converted into a king bed and has its own deck entrance with ocean views.

The third guest bedroom (twin or king converted) in the main house has its own private bath and deck entrance overlooking the natural landscape.

The fourth guest bedroom (full) in the main house offers its own private bath.

Three story Red and White striped Lighthouse offers three additional bedrooms and a prefect place to unwind with 360 degree views from the thatched roof cupola.

The lighthouse is only offered once the main house top rate has been paid. Each of the bedrooms in lighthouse will sleep two guests.

The first level offers a full sized futon bed, 3/4 bath and A/C.

On the second level you will find a king bed, 3/4 bath with nice breezes and views.

Third level has a king bed,1/2 bath, unbeatable views and breezes.

Each area allows for striking landscape or sea views from where ever you may be enjoying this private island paradise.

The dock will accommodate up to a 40’ boat (sorry no electric or water at dock). Your own boat or a rental boat will be needed for fishing, diving, exploring the Cays, and your trips to restaurants, shopping and etc.





Other amenities include telephone with Internet access, ceiling fans throughout, books, stereo/CD/tape player, satellite TV, VCR & DVD(please bring your own), gas grill, two kayaks, sunfish sailboat, games, books, 110 electric with backup generator. Private dock with 3 ½’ at low tide, and reverse osmosis water maker.

An ideal secluded location for those who prefer to be off the beaten path and very close to one of Abaco’s underwater National Sea Parks.
