Coral Point Villa is a beautiful waterfront location with dockage for your rental boat.

Lush tropical gardens offer a wide range of flowers and fruit trees spread over an acre surrounds this villa.

Built on a 25 foot high coral rock cliff allowing for incredible views overlooking the turquoise Sea of Abaco and many of the barrier Cays.

Only a 10 minute drive north of Marsh Harbour, this villa is located in a pristine and secluded area on Great Abaco known as Great Cistern.

Facing the east it is well situated to catch the summer breezes and the sun rises.

The shoreline stretches for approximately 180 feet. A wide native stone staircase winds down the cliff from the veranda to the Sea of Abaco.

At sea side you will find a large relaxing sunning deck and 40' dock (5 feet deep at low tide). The dock offers a ladder making it easy to get in and out of the water. A perfect place for swimming and snorkeling along the coral rock shore line.
Coral Point Villa has 2300 sq.ft. of living area. The villa is accented with vaulted ceilings and generous picture perfect postcard views of the turquoise sea.

The living room fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere for evening gatherings.

A spacious fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and Corian counter-tops, adjoins the dining room with seating for six guests.

The master suite (king) comprises a spacious luxurious full bath and a private garden shower.

One of the guest bedrooms (queen) offers a private ¾ bath while the other guest bedroom (twins) has access to a full bath just footsteps away in the hall area. Each of the bedrooms allows for beautiful views of the sea.

Other amenities include: Wireless Broadband (DSL)network, central A/C, books, ceiling fans in all rooms, patios, dockage for your rental boat, swim ladder off dock, mooring buoy, washer, dryer, games, gas grill, sun deck, stereo/CD/tuner, DVD/VHS/Satellite TV, telephone for local calls, VHF radio, and many fruit trees and tropical flowers.
