A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full sized refrigerator with built-in ice maker and all the necessary items you would expect in a kitchen.

The open concept with two dining areas and breakfast bar allows for good flow when you are entertaining.

Adjoining the dining area, a comfortable living room offering satellite TV, DVD and VCR player to relax during the evening hours. Direct access to the front porch giving you views of the vast Atlantic Ocean an ideal area for alfresco dining.

Also on the main floor is a king bedded master bedroom with ensuite private bath offering ocean views and private deck entrance.

On the second level you will find two additional guest bedrooms, which share a full bath.

The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed and ocean views.

A second guest bedroom has (1) set of bunk beds plus a queen bed with single over. Sleeping up to five guests(best for children).

The widow’s watch with 360 degree views offers views of the Atlantic Ocean, Sea of Abaco and natural landscaping during the day.










An ideal place to relax in the sun reading that long overdue book. Enjoy the sunrise over the ocean in the morning and the sunset over the sea at night and once the sun has set, this is a great spot to relax and star gaze in the evening.

Most guest enjoy the short 10 minute walk into the village area for their shopping needs, however, if you desire there are golf cart and bike rentals on the Great Guana Cay(best to book well in advance).

Nearby you will find a Dive Shop, small village area with restaurants, bakery, grocery and liquor store, boat, bike and golf cart rentals.

Other amenities include: Central A/C, Ceiling Fans in all rooms, Open and covered decks, washer/dryer, Gas Grill, Stereo, CD player, Satellite TV, DVD, VCR, VHF radio, computer with broadband and wifi, backup generator and widow's watch.
