A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar provides for all your cooking needs.

The dining/living room with queen sleep sofa have access via sliding glass doors to the open deck that overlooks the turquoise Sea of Abaco.


Only footsteps from your front door and you will be on the beautiful white sand beach of Coco Bay with a shared dock for your rental boat. If you enjoy beach coming, Coco Bay is an ideal spot.

Only a 5-minute walk from your back door will bring you to the Atlantic Ocean for extensive reefs for diving and snorkeling.

Other amenities include central A/C, ceiling fans throughout, and gas BBQ grill. Ideal location for couples traveling together or larger families can rent both units.

Highly suggest a boat and/or golf cart rental for this area as you will be approx. 4 miles from the village of New Plymouth for your shopping needs. Fly into Treasure Cay Airport (TCB).

Weekly Rate per unit:
1-4 Guests 2B/1B $950.00(Non Holiday Weeks)
Extra guest $100.00 per week using sleep sofa. Max. 6 guests per unit.

Holiday Surcharge: Add $200.00 per week for 1-4 guests one week prior or after holidays.(Christmas,New Years,Easter, Fourth of July)
